The two main goals at Hawaiian Airlines were to overhaul their loyalty program (Hawaiian Miles Program) and integrate with a new booking engine that was responsible  for over $800M in revenue per year.




AAnalyzed and fixed discrepancies with multiple analytic packages –  Google Analytics, Omniture and Bridgetrack which helped identify new seasonality marketing patterns – example of absolute versus relative date range accounting.


Implemented testing strategies to optimize loyalty campaigns which resulted in 3x ROI from $12-$33M.


Introduced a win-back strategy, “booking abandonment” triggered email which resulted in a 24% conversion rate.


Increased ancillary revenue with dynamic content based on “click-map” data.


Introduced first time segmentation strategies – based on demographics, geographics, miles balances and purchase behavior (rental cars, hotel rooms, seat upgrades, etc.)


Worked directly with Visa to establish optimization patterns based on segmentation results.
